Three, processing methods

For the power loss of the centrifugal pump, there are roughly three countermeasures:

1. Timely take corresponding measures to deal with the situation on site

(1) Contact the power supply unit and adjust the power supply voltage to the specified range;

② Adjust the opening degree of the outlet valve to make it run at the normal operating point;

(3) appropriate control of pump pressure and displacement, reduce the motor running current;

④ Adjust the tightness of packing gland.
