What is a chemical pump
Chemical pump is the national joint design of energy saving pump, pump performance, technical requirements, according to the international standard ISO2858 specified performance and size design, its advantages: the whole series of water conservancy performance layout is reasonable, the user selection range is wide, "after the open" structure, convenient maintenance, efficiency and suction reach the international advanced level. Chemical pump classification: stainless steel chemical pump, plastic chemical pump, fluorine plastic chemical pump, electric chemical pump, pneumatic chemical pump.
Widely used for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, also can be used for farmland, orchard irrigation and drainage, for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water
According to the different chemical pump materials, the application field is classified as follows:
1) chemical pump (stainless steel) is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, synthetic fiber, pharmaceutical, food, synthetic fiber and other departments used to transport alkaline corrosive medium; 2) chemical pump (fluorine plastic material) used to transport any acid, alkaline corrosive medium; 3) chemical pump (cast iron material) for industrial, urban water supply, drainage, can also be used for farmland, orchard drainage and irrigation, for conveying water or other liquid physical and chemical properties similar to water.
According to the different use of chemical pump, the classification of the detailed introduction:
1) Process pump: including feeding pump, reflux pump, circulating pump, flushing pump, sewage pump, supplementary pump, output pump, etc.
2) Public engineering pump: including boiler pump, cold water tower pump, fire pump, water source deep well pump, etc.
3) Auxiliary pumps: including lubricating oil pumps, sealing oil pumps, hydraulic transmission pumps, etc.
4) Pipeline transmission pump: oil pipeline pump, loading and unloading vehicle pump, etc.
Classification according to working principle and structure:
1) blade pump: through the pump shaft rotation to drive a variety of impeller blades to liquid with centrifugal force or axial force, liquid delivery to the pipeline or container, such as centrifugal pump, vortex pump, mixed-flow pump, axial flow pump.
2) positive displacement pump: the use of pump cylinder volume of continuous changes in the delivery of liquid pump, such as reciprocating pump, piston pump, gear pump, screw pump.

Classification by transmission medium:
1) Water pump: including clean water pump, boiler feed pump, condensate pump, hot water pump.
2) Corrosion resistant pump: including stainless steel pump, high silicon cast iron pump, ceramic acid resistant pump, impermeable graphite pump, hard rubber pump, hard PVC pump, shield pump, diaphragm pump, titanium pump and so on.
3) Impurity pump: including slurry pump, sand pump, sewage pump, pulverized coal pump, ash pump, etc.
4) Oil pump: cold oil pump, hot oil pump, submersible oil pump, slurry pump, liquid hydrocarbon pump, etc.
Classification by conditions of use:
1) large flow and small flow pump: the flow is 300m? / min and 0. O1L/min; 2) high temperature pump and low temperature pump: high temperature up to 500℃, low temperature to a Z53℃; 3) high pressure pump and low pressure pump: high pressure up to 200MPa, vacuum degree of 2.66-- 10.66kPa (20-80mmHg); 4) High speed pump and low speed pump: high speed up to 24000r /min, low speed 5-10r /min; 5) Accurate metering pump: the metering accuracy of flow is ± 0.3%; 6) High viscosity pump: viscosity of thousands of paras (Pa·s).
