How to operate various chemical pumps?

There are many kinds of chemical pump, our company specializes in the production of chemical centrifugal pump, so I take the chemical centrifugal pump as an example, say:

1. Before starting the pump, the pump should be filled with enough liquid. No liquid starting is allowed.

2. Close the outlet valve, check the pump steering immediately after switching on the power supply must be consistent with the pump steering arrow, no reverse operation.

3. When the pump reaches the normal speed after starting, gradually open the outlet valve and adjust it to the required working condition and put into operation. The pump shall not operate continuously for more than 3 minutes with the valve on the discharge line closed.

4. The outlet valve should be closed before stopping, and then cut off the power supply.

1. Check the pump and motor regularly and replace vulnerable parts.

2. Often pay attention to filling the bearing box with high quality calcium base grease to ensure good lubrication of the bearing.

3. When long-term shutdown is not used, in addition to the corrosive liquid in the pump, attention should be paid to the cleaning of all components and the flow channel in the pump, and cut off the power supply

4. No-load operation of pump is strictly prohibited

5. If the medium contains solid particles, a filter should be added at the pump entrance.
