A. Confirm that the 100 outlet valve is fully closed, start the pump, and confirm again whether the rotation direction of the pump is correct. Check pump operation for abnormalities. Cut-off operation generally can not exceed 1 ~ 2 minutes.

B. After confirming that the pump is running properly, slowly open the outlet valve until the specified outlet flow and pressure.

C. After the self-priming pump runs normally, check the current, outlet pressure and flow of the pump and motor, leakage and temperature in the shaft seal, vibration and noise, etc.

D. After running for one hour, check again and make records according to regulations.

Self-priming pump components include: motor, axle, foot seat, rear shaft seal, back cover, sealing ring, front shaft seal, impeller, sealing ring, impeller screw female, middle cover, one-way valve, pump body, sealing ring, drainage nut, self-priming bucket gasket, self-priming bucket.
