General maintenance of the pump should pay attention to several main parts: 1, rolling bearings: when the long-term operation, bearing wear to a certain degree, must be replaced. 2. Front sealing ring and back sealing ring: when the sealing ring is worn to a certain extent, it must be replaced. 3, mechanical seal: mechanical seal in the case of no leakage, generally should not be dismantled for inspection. If serious leakage occurs at the lower end of the bearing body, the mechanical seal should be dismantled and inspected. When assembling and disassembling the mechanical seal, it is necessary to take it lightly, pay attention to the cleaning of the mating surface, protect the mirror surface of the static ring and the moving ring, and prohibit knocking and collision. The main reason for the leakage of mechanical seal is the friction pair of mirror hair. The repair method: grinding the end face of the friction pair to restore the mirror. Another reason for leakage of mechanical seal products is improper installation of o-ring, or aging due to change. In this case, replace the O-ring for reassembly.
