Working principle of boiler

Grate sheet, generally speaking, boiler is the main working process on fuel combustion, heat transfer, water heating and vaporization and steam overheating. Boiler body: boiler body is the main part of boiler equipment, is composed of "pot" and "furnace" two parts.

Boiler grate, down pipe. It is the water supply pipe of the water wall. Its function is to introduce the water in the steam drum into the lower header and redistribute it to each water wall pipe. It is divided into two kinds of small diameter dispersed descending pipe and large diameter centralized descending pipe. Small diameter descending pipe small diameter, adverse to water circulation.
