What are the structural characteristics of chemical pump?

Chemical pump main parts are pump body, impeller, seal ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, intermediate bracket, shaft and suspension parts.

The pump cover is fixed on the middle bracket through the stop, and then the pump body is connected with the stop of the middle bracket, and the pump cover is clamped in the middle. Pump body is axial suction, radial discharge, foot support type, can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension part is fixed on the middle bracket through the stop, and the suspension bracket is supported on the base. During maintenance, the inlet and outlet connecting pipes, pump body and motor can not be disassembled, but the intermediate connecting piece of the lengthened coupling can be removed to exit the rotor parts for maintenance.

Shaft seal has packing seal and mechanical seal form, can be selected according to the nature of the transmission medium and the requirements of production process.
